Our technical service hubs are staffed by manufacturer-trained technicians using genuine spare parts. We are the exclusive authorized in-warranty service provider in Kenya for Honor and Xiaomi (Redmi), and an authorized service provider — for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs — for Samsung, Huawei, Realme and Carlcare (covering Tecno and Infinix).
