About Tricom
Tricom Technologies Ltd is a major telecommunications retailer, device distributor and authorized service provider operating across Kenya, built around two core businesses: smartphone & appliance retail, and authorized after-sales device repair and servicing.
As an authorized Safaricom dealer, Tricom operates physical retail shops and franchised outlets nationwide selling mobile phones, airtime and electronic devices — alongside TriMart, our e-commerce platform, which handles online orders and nationwide courier delivery for smartphones and household appliances.
Our technical service hubs are staffed by manufacturer-trained technicians using genuine spare parts. We are the exclusive authorized in-warranty service provider in Kenya for Honor and Xiaomi (Redmi), and an authorized service provider — for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs — for Samsung, Huawei, Realme and Carlcare (covering Tecno and Infinix).
