What We Do

Tricom Technologies is a company that retails and services electronic devices and domestic electrical appliances within Kenya. In addition, we offer unique electronic training courses at our Uhandisi Training Institute in Nairobi that allow the aspirant technicians of the future to learn and develop their skill sets from entry level upwards. 1. Visit our authorized Samsung Shop at Village Market Mall, Nairobi! Conveniently located on the 1st floor, right opposite Carrefour.

2. Our Xiaomi Experience Centre, located on the 5th Floor of Rehani House, along Koinange Street in Nairobi. Note that this centre, along with our own four Tricom Service Hubs are the only officially-authorised servicing facilities, carrying out in-warranty servicing with genuine spare parts (which we use for our out-of-warranty work too). All work is carried out by Xiaomi-trained technicians. We are also the manufacturer-designated service agents in Kenya for Xiaomi.

3. Any of our four Tricom Service Hubs in Nairobi, Mombasa and Nakuru. In addition to being officially authorised service centres for Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO, all four also enjoy exactly the same status for RealMe,Blackview and Honor servicing as well using genuine spare parts for all in-warranty and out-of -warranty work conducted by manufacturer-trained technicians. The hubs are located at:-

• 13th floor, Nation Centre, Kimathi Street, Nairobi.

• 2nd floor, Ambalal House, Nkurumah Avenue, Mombasa.

• 3rd floor, Masters Plaza, Kenyatta Avenue, Nakuru.

4. At our three Safaricom-branded shops in Nairobi, Ikinu and Githunguri. Along with our core business of device retailing, we are also the manufacturer-designated service agents for Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, Realme, Blackview and Honor phones. All of our engineers are manufacture-trained and we are the only agent in Kenya able to offer genuine spare parts. In addition, we have Mpesa services at all three facilities.
