HomeFundi provides a mobile repair service that allows you to have your domestic appliance issues resolved in the comfort of your own home or office. A simple phone call or online booking will bring our fully trained technicians to your location to see what is wrong, and what requires repair or replacement.

How the Process works


 Book a Visit

Complete the online form above to help us get to know you and understand the nature of the technical issues that you face. You will be required to pay a Booking Fee of KSH 1,000. Our service agent will call you back to confirm your details.

 Technician Dispatch

Our fully-trained technicians will be dispatched to your location according to the preferred time as expressed in the Booking Form, or immediately if circumstances so require.

 Diagnosis, Billing & Repair

Our technicians will check your device or appliance, ascertain exactly what the problem is, provide you with a Quote Card with a detailed costing, and then, upon your acceptance, proceed with the necessary work. If spare parts are required, the technician will advise you, and a Quote Card will be issued online. Following acceptance, the technician will return a second time to complete the work.

 Successful Repair

That’s it! Job done!! The technician will carry out a complete functional check and when all’s well, you’ll be charged accordingly.

FAQs about our services

 The KSH 1,000 Booking Fee is charged to cover the cost of the initial technician visit.

 ⁠The Quote Card will cover the cost of any spare parts (if required) and labour costs. If accepted and spare parts are required, a Quote Deposit will be required.

 Upon acceptance of the Quote and payment to our Mpesa cash till, our technician will return to complete the repair.

 ⁠The balance payable will become due when the technician returns to complete the repair.

 ⁠Please note that we only accept payments to our Mpesa cash till. Cash payments are not accepted.

 It is envisaged that the process outlined above will cover almost all problems. However, in exceptional cases, individual arrangements can be made according to circumstances.
